We can grant you permission to land at St George River if you comply with the following conditions:

• A public safety exclusion area must be established 15 minutes before the helicopter landing and prior to taking off using witches' hats or similar marking devices.

• The exclusion area must be manned at all times the helicopter is operating by personnel suitably experienced in helicopter operations.

• Personnel manning the exclusion area must be in effective communication with the helicopter pilot to ensure that landing or take off is not attempted if unacceptable safety risks are present.

• The helicopter should approach from seaward to minimise public disruption and to avoid scaring horses nearby.

• All CASA regulations must be complied with.

• A $300 non-refundable landing fee for each landing must be paid 2 days prior to the intended landing date.
